The work to be introduced to this 3 contest of urban sculpture will have to have the following characteristics :
- Theme: the world of the wine.
- Material: The work will be realized in sandstone furnished by the organization it cannot be painted neither covered with other material.
- Dimensions: The maximum volume of the sculpture will be of 2 meters cubes and none of the sides can exceed the 2,50 meters. The sculpture can be formed by a maximum of three pieces, provided that the whole doesn't overcome the measures above mentioned. The contest will take place in the Town hall of Murchante, Spain and its duration it will be of 15 days, from the 30th of July to the 13th of August 2010. The delivery of the prizes will take place on the day 14th of August 2010.
In the elaboration of the sculptures every participant will use his/her own equipment
The organization will furnish, if necessary, compressed air and electricity together with the debugging of the chisels.
Two prizes will be distributed:
1º Prize: 4.600 Euro and diploma.
2º Prize: 2.300 Euroand diploma.
The organization offers food and lodging for all the duration of the event.

The sentence of the jury will be announced in the following web page: www.murchante.com on the day June 18 th 2010.
All the models introduced to the contest will be exhibited in Murchante from the 21st to the 25th of June 2010.
The sketches and the models of the works admitted to the contest as well as the sculptures that will subsequently be realized, will remain ownership of the organization.
The not selected sketches and models will be returned, if the authors ask for it. The period for the restitution of the models will be from the 1st to the 30th of July 2010. The expenses of restitution be paid by the author.
